Two optional modules for use in conjunction with the main procurement system,
which enable users at remote locations to input and submit, purchase
requisitions; either connected directly to the database via your corporate
local area network or via the World Wide Web using a web browser such as
MS-Explorer or Netscape.
Once submitted a buyer can process the request into one or more orders or a
Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Users can review the progress of their submitted requests and there is the
facility for them to optionally Goods Receive their own orders.
Also incorporated into the modules is the Order Approval function, which
empowers those users who have the correct permissions to authorize and sign-off
purchase requests.
