A digital media company has announced that it has won the contract to supply its products to a chain of national health clubs, it has emerged.
Boomerang Media, which supplies digitally produced postcards, posters and other experimental media has won the contract to handle a number of operations for the Bannatyne's Health Club chain.
Commenting on the news, which will see Bannatyne's procure a range of products and services from the company, managing director of Boomerang Media Martin Smith said that it was hoped that the partnership would be a success.
"Health clubs are the ideal media environment to target young professionals because when at the gym they are feeling positive and more receptive to product messages," he said.
Boomerang will incorporate the 61 health clubs operating under Bannatyne's and are expected to supply six-sheet posters among other services.
Bannatyne's is owned by Duncan Bannatyne - business tycoon and star of BBC television's entrepreneurial show Dragons Den.
