Designed specifically to support your
procurement operation, TBA Power II enables you to process purchase requests
from requisition entry through to fulfilment of the order.
Internal Data Files including Suppliers, Delivery Points and Items, hold static
information from which you compile your requests.
Goods Receiving, Inventory Control, Asset Management and the generating and
managing of Requests for Quotations are all available from within the system.
Your data is a valuable resource so TBA Power II provides comprehensive
analysis tools and reports to help you improve purchasing efficiency, which in
turn can produce economic benefits.
Further expanding the capabilities of the system are the optional Remote
Request Modules. These enable users at remote locations to input and submit,
purchase requisitions; either connected directly to the database over your
corporate local area network or via the World Wide Web using a web browser such
as MS-Explorer or Netscape. Once submitted a buyer can process the request into
one or more orders or RFQ.
