The Goods Received function enables you to
log the receipt and acceptance of your ordered items. You can automatically
accept items at the book-in stage, or for comprehensive control you can split
the operation into a two stage process, the initial booking-in followed by
Quality Assurance Acceptance.

Book-In Stage

Logs the receipt of fully or partially delivered orders

Generates a Goods Received Note with a unique GRN number

| QA Acceptance

Allows you to accept or reject items and record shortages

For rejected items you can credit the order or request a replacement

Generates Returns Note for rejected items

Data Integrity
The system logs all actions in the Goods Received History report and where
appropriate,

Updates Stock Levels

Updates the Asset Register

Updates Supplier performance statistics (late deliveries, quality of order i.e.
rejects).
