Can I create my own
reports? |

Yes - To create
your own reports
you can link to
the data file
with any ODBC
(Open Database
Connectivity)
compliant
software,
including
Microsoft
Office. |

Can I customise the
software? |
| For reasons of
software support the
software is not
available for you to
customize yourself.
If you require
enhancements or
changes to the
system then upon
submission of a
written
specification we
make the changes for
you after you have
approved our fixed
price quotation for
the work. You can
however create your
own reports and
analyze your data ;
you can link to the
data file with any
ODBC (Open Database
Connectivity)
compliant software,
especially Microsoft
Office applications.

Can I get a
demonstration ? |
| Yes - If you
have not yet done so
then
register your
information with us
- then login to the
web site using your
verified email
address and click
Web Demo on the top
right hand side -
complete the screen
and we will arrange
a demo whenever is
convenient. |

Do you produce any
other software? |
| Mikrofax are
able to offer
customized product
development to any
specification you
care to submit. We
primarily
concentrate on
database
applications and
Office workflow
based system. We
have in the past
designed system for
many different types
of applications –
contact us for more

Do you provide
reference sites? |
| We are happy for
you to talk to any
of our clients.
However, our policy
is to provide
references only
after the
prospective customer
has taken a 1Hr
demonstratioon of
the system direct
from us. |

Do you provide
technical support? |
| Mikrofax have
clients all over the
world - All are
offered full support
and this is included
in the annual
licence fee.
Support is available
24hrs a day, 7 days
a week over the
internet through our
support
feedback form
and via telephone
calls during
business hours. |

What are the costs ? |
| Our costs are
available via email
from us once you
have
registered
in the Members Area
- Once registered
please send us an
email with your
intended
specification and we
will give you a cost
indication. |

What about training? |
| At Mikrofax, we
always design our
systems with the
user in mind with
intuitive forms and
screen prompts and
context sensitive
help available at
all times. Provided
they are conversant
with MS Windows,
even inexperienced
staff members can
use our systems with
minimum instruction.
However, should you
require formal
training then we
will be happy to
discuss your
requirements. |

For our hosted
web based
solutions all
you need is the
latest version
of Internet
Explorer or
FireFox. |

Will it link to my
accounts package? |
Yes ! We have
the ability to link
to almost any
accounts package e.g
SAP, Great Plains,
Sun Accounts, Oracle
Financials, etc.. We
normally do this by
linking via a
specially written
interface using
either ODBC or ASCII
batch files -
contact our
technical support
team for more
information.

Can we host it
ourselves? |
| Yes ! In certain
circumstances we
will allow our
clients to host the
entire solution -
